I ate here with two of my girlfriends on a recent Wednesday. I only had edamame and sushi, so no fancy “fusion” anything. But the fish was incredibly fresh and tasty so I have zero complaints. I also felt that the value for the neighborhood was great. The price was well worth the quality!

Words can’t describe how much I love Alpha Fusion, they really are a gem of a restaurant and sushi place. Not only is their fish totally fresh, but their house rolls are rich in flavor. Their waitstaff is fun and friendly, and they pride themselves on remembering you and treating you like family. A friend recommended this place to me, and I’ve since recommended it to many more as well, and they to others, and so on… You’ll definitely find me going back!

My friends and I love coming here, they have great specials and good service.
The crowd is never to crazy which I love, In two years I have not had to wait for longer than 20 minutes.
We always order the vegetable dumplings, coconut shrimp and edamame to start. Their apps are the perfect portion for sharing.
For an entree I usually order the Singapore noddles which always have the right amount of spice. They also have a great sushi selection that one of my friends love but I live for their Singapore noddles. You must try.

I kept hearing about this place from one of my co-workers. We decided to go since we were in the area for the Rock the Bells concert. The environment is laid back and not overwhelming and I was blessed with many songs by The Beatles during my dinner. The waiters and bartenders were friendly when arriving and leaving.
For appetizers, I had ordered two sushi rolls which was a rainbow and an eel. The other appetizers we had ordered were pan fried chicken dumplings and steamed vegetable dumplings (in which I liked more).
